Location: City Council Chambers, located at 520 West Elberta Drive
Purpose: The Planning Commission will hold the following Public Hearings for the purposes outlined:

Location: City Council Chambers, located at 520 West Elberta Drive
Purpose: The City Council will hold a Public Hearing for the purpose outlined:
- Rezone – Consideration of a rezone for approximately 6.31 acres of land located at approximately 475 West Pleasant View Drive, from Rural Residential (A-2) and Low to Very Low Density (RE-20) to Rural Residential (A-2) and Medium Density (LSFR – Limited Single Family Residential.
